This is the once yearly service all machines need for proper care. With heavy use we recommend a more frequent schedule.

For all your larger multi-needle or quilting machines.
We service and clean your multi-needle and long arm. Setting everything back to factory specifications.
Damaged or Flooded Machines
Some machines are in accidents, we get that.
Has your machine been in a car accident or maybe a fire, or was stored and went through a storm, or maybe that storm has names that sound like your kids names? We will do our best to find replacement parts and get your machine back to factory specifications.
Repair on site
We come to you.
Only for bigger machines that cannot be easily brought in to the repair center. There is a surcharge to cover our costs.
